By accessing or using the BeMyCrew platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

BeMyCrew provides an AI-powered field service dispatch platform that helps home service companies manage technicians, schedule jobs, and optimize routing. The Service includes a web dashboard, technician portal, AI dispatch agent, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

BeMyCrew offers subscription plans billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by BeMyCrew and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeMyCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
